Handy Elementary is set to receive QEIA funding beginning in the 2008-2009 school year.

- Reduced class size for 4-6
- Retain 20:1 class size in 3rd grade
- Increased concentration on differentiation of instruction
- One of three elementary schools in Orange Unified School District
